Shipping and Refund Policy

All orders will be shipped out within a reasonable timeframe through Canada Post or Purolator. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and will be determined by weight of the order and the destination. If there are any questions regarding shipping, please message using the Chat function.

If an item is damaged in the process of shipping or the quality of the product was unsatisfactory please let The Imp's Inventory know. Please send a message along with a photo in the Chat or in the Contact For Custom Order section and a refund may be issued.
